The lucky winner of our latest Edinburgh Rugby mascot competition was Kirkcaldy Blues under 13's player, Owen.   

Owen's entry stood out with a heart-warming story about training with his grandad as well as showing his passion for the game.  

Owen led the squad out at Edinburgh Rugby v Vodacom Bulls on 17 November 2023 in front of the lively crowd at Hive Stadium. His Grandad came along with him, and as part of the matchday experience, they were both given a tour around the Scotland Team's dressing room in Scottish Gas Murrayfield. 

We hope Owen had a great time and that it inspires him to keep playing rugby.
