Scottish Building Society Foundation

Investing in good causes to
build stronger communities

Scottish Building Society Foundation

We launched our Scottish Building Society Foundation with an initial funding of £175,000.

To date, 28 charities across Scotland have been awarded grants of up to £5,000. So far a total of £100,000 has been contributed to help these incredible causes.

Our funding has gone towards:

  • Community facilities and services, transport, open spaces, affordable housing, community development, reduction of poverty, and care for the elderly
  • Community and/or local events
  • Youth and education, providing training opportunities and support for youngsters
