  • Our Edinburgh, Galashiels, Glasgow and Troon Relationship Centres and Head Office are closed on Friday 24 January 2025 due to the adverse weather conditions. We’ll be open as normal from Monday 27 January 2025. 

During normal opening hours, if you need to get in touch with us, you can call us on 0333 207 4007.
Our lines are open 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (10.00am to 5.00pm Wednesday).

If we call you, the number displayed on your phone will be 0131 314 2298. You can call us back on 0333 207 4007 if you’d prefer.

Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm

Monday to Friday 9.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3.00pm
